Legend of the Seas was the first Vision Class ship to be operated by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. She is the most travelled of the Royal Caribbean Cruises fleet. Since 1995 Legend of the Seas has been based in Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the South Pacific, Alaska, Central America, Caribbean, the Baltic, Mediterranean and the Middle East.
With a long career at sea, the ship has become just that, “a legend of the seas”. While every effort is made to keep Legend of the Seas modern and up to date, some parts of the ship have been described as out-dated, this does not detract from the cruise experience, some of the majesty that a ship such as Legend of the Seas has is that she has a character all of her own making her popular with repeat cruise passengers.
