MS Prinsendam is Holland America Line’s smallest cruise ship. Due to her size she is one of the only cruise ships in the world that can transit the Kiel Canal, due to her low height above waterline. A special signature sculpture dominates the three-story atrium featuring etched fish, turtles and dolphins climbing a stunning cylinder of Bolle glass and lit with state-of-the-art fiber optics.
The ship performs many unique cruises compared to the rest of the fleet, sailing to Antarctica for example. She performs much longer voyages than most of the fleet and offers more frequent world voyages than the others.
